Business Analytics Series: Dashboard Design using Power BI

Dashboards serve as a visual interface for users to access important metrics in a specific business process, stakeholders can enter user input (such as through button and drop-down lists) adjusting the data shown. Dashboards serve as an alternative or complement to traditional reports.

In this webinar, you will learn about two key aspects:
1) The principles involved in designing an effective dashboard
2) An overview of some of the functionality available in Power BI in order to implement an effective dashboard.
The importance of these skills is discussed in the IIBA Guide to Business Data Analytics (see Techniques 3.2 Business Visualizations).

It is not assumed that participants have any prior experience with dashboards, but those with some experience will be better equipped to understand the more advanced material covered in the webinar.
